First I want to say how much I appreciate this site, it has depth to it, much better than some of the site that are out there. My hat is off to the moderator. Secondly, I applaud the move by the Gay Rights Activists to challenge the courts decision. For far to long around the world the powers that be have dimissed they gay people as sub culture and not worth the time or effort unless caught in some untoward acts. It is time that the whole entrenched thinking be challenged. It will not be easy but nothing worth changing is ever easy. We (gay and lesbians etc) are making progress however slow that it might be. Next I want to say something about the issues of entrapment. Yes it does happen, and continues to happen in this country as well. Here is what happens here in our city, we have a committed formed by out GLBT society called the Police Liason Committee... some of the members on it are well acquainted with the police department and we can take our issues to this committee, ( it can be anonomous) and they well take it up with the Local Police. It sounds like this type of system might work for you, Form a Liason commitee that can deal with the Police on your behalf. The commitee needs to establish itself, but it sounds to me like such a committee will get to the bottom of entrapment and extortion and will prevent furture similar situations. Remember you have the whole worlds GLBT societies and organizations behind you and standing with you if you need the power. Also these guys that entrap just love having their cocks stroked and do like to grope guys. they would go all the way if they were not on duty. And on the murder case, the murders were sad enough, but the biased and slanted press coverage was as much of a crime promoting fear and hatred against gays. I wonder if this would qualify as "hate and fear mongering" and if so Internatonal Human Rights might be interested. Just some thoughts Cheers ------------------------ Yahoo!
