I guess, Moderator should not worry about flooding mailbox of the group members, as the most of us use YAHOO IDs and the space provided is 2GBs. And also the members have choice to have daily digest instead of individual emails. So I dont think Moderator is doing a wise job by blocking genuine emails from reaching other group members.
Moderator: Kindly do not frustrate other group members by blocking their genuine emails and also do not give any silly excuse for your mistakes. Let all of us have complete freedom to express ourselves. Most of us are above 18 and are working men, and we know what is right and what is wrong for us, so I dont think applying such restrictions makes any sense. So No More Restrictions Please! Regards Walnut -------------------- Frustrate other group members? in sameer25s case, only if you know what kind of staggeringly long mails he has sent, all at one go (which would run into pages and pages) and yes i know space is pprovided in GBs. but , i do not agree with you that each time a member sends 8-9 mails together, all of them need to be approved in a jiffy and all them sent together. as it is i have been dealing with many complaints, that this group generates too many mails and it is too tiring to read them ( even in a digest form). for example, even sahil sends many mails together. but i normally release them in batches. he has had no problems on that score. try not to ascribe words like blocking genuine mails, no more restrictions, silly excuse for your mistake etc to me. i am moderating gratis and to the best of my ability and the at the cost of my time, money and energy. over the period of time , this e-group grown to 9600 plus members with over 20,000 visitors clicking on the web-site of this group. i guess i am doing something right here. let the other members decide. regards moderator in ------------------------ Yahoo!
