Childline India Foundation (CIF) is a non-profit organization that
implements
CHILDLINE 1098, a 24-hour emergency Helpline for children in crisis
situations.
With a network of over 160 partner organizations in 65 
cities/districts in
India, CIF works towards bridging gaps in child protection service 
delivery
and
advocates nationally and internationally for child friendly systems 
and
policy.
CIF invites applications for the following posts:

1.  Program Coordinator-Fundraising and Communication
 Location: Mumbai
 Organization: CHILDLINE India Foundation
 Role/Responsibilities:
a. Accountability for Individual-Donor Programs
b. Media Relations and PR agency management.
c. Advertising Communications and Advt agency management.
d. Accountability for Communication, PR Programs
e. Management of Donor Relationship Program
f. Interface with CIF operations teams /partners for Resource 
Mobilisation
programs integration with programs.
g. Monitor Corporate aided programs.
h. Join other team members at Fund Raiser Events and all other 
activities of
the
Team.
Deliverables:
1. Resource Mobilisation Goals from Individual Donor program (target 
driven)
2. Delivery of all Communication programs and PR programs.
3. Up to date Donor Relationship Program management.
Qualification:
Masters Degree in Management/ Humanities/ Communication &PR./ 1-2 
years
experience in fund raising with a reasonably large NGO and working on 
a
multiple model Fund Raising Program is preferred.
Excellent communication skills including written, oral and 
presentation
(English).
Familiarity with Computers including Word, Excel, PPT is necessary.
General:
The position reports to Head of Fund Raising and Communication Group. 
This
is a
full time position and will entail travel within Mumbai and 
occasionally out
of
city. We work 5 days a week and on 2 Saturdays/mth, we work half days 
upto
3 PM.

B: Program Assistant for Fund Raising and Communication Group:
Location: Mumbai
Organization: CHILDLINE India Foundation
Role/Responsibilities:
Complete Back-office Management for Fund Raising and Communication 
team.
Follow
ups including tele-follow-ups, Correspondence, Filing, Database 
management,
Records and project tracking, internal liaison.
Qualification:
Good quality Graduate degree in Humanities/Commerce with excellent 
Computer
skills.
Note: For Both positions, only candidates who are currently resident 
in
Mumbai
need apply.
