Not sure where this scene was captured.....could be India, Pakistan, Singapore....could be Middle East.....but this could happen anywhere around the globe....to anyone....all makes you wonder what's happening to your kids, neices, nephews when they are left alone with their nannies.....its chilling!!!!!
