First on the Malawi Gay Marriage case where two persons were sentenced
and later pardoned by the president of the country under intense
international pressure. Now BBC reports that one of the two has moved
in with a woman. IT needs to be mentioned here that of the two one was
a 'kothi' type person, an effeminate gay man, while the other was 'the
man'. And it is no surprise that it is the 'The Man' who has now found

Meanwhile more jurisdictions are celebrating and or allowing gay
marriage, with the first such marriage of a lesbian couple taking

And in California, Final Arguements have been heard in their legal
challenge to Proposition-8, a constitutional referendum that
overturned gay marriage in California and which led to a lot of
confusion about the status of those who got married before the Prop-8

Meanwhile there are some due diligence matters that are also raising
its head about gay marriage, and we hear that the Mormon Church had
raised funds to oppose gay marriage and support Prop-8 in California.
