Dear All, Please Refer to the email exchange below with one Mr. Raymond Sulaiman pertaining to an article appearing in the Sydney Morning Herald in September 2008 which I had cross posted with the link on this list. Mr Solaiman now informs me that the article was defamatory and was resolved in the supreme court of New South Wales.
I have no way of verifying the claims of Mr Solaiman but accept them at face value to be true. Therefore please know that the article in question is defamatory, and pay no heed to it's contents whatsoever. Treat its entire contents as vitiated and false. Also please refrain from either spreading this article further or referring to and/or using it in any manner.
