Mark, I understand. But I would point out that we should not confuse the issue of the board with providing feedback on the bylaws. Additional feedback on the document itself would be appreciated.

I think this is why a lot of people feel the newly proposed board is a step backwards. It is as if the knowledge accumulated by the old board which operated inside the community for the last couple of years is just thrown away.
