[gb-users] Accessing WWWAdmin using SSL

Just exactly how is this supposed to work?  I used the default settings
for the authorization and it set the port as 443 and encryption to ALL.
I think tried to access the wwwadmin by pointing my browser to
https://gb_ip and http://gb_ip:443 both with no results.  Also, what is
the Create SSL Certificate option used for as it is not mentioned
anywhere in the release notes.
