After I wrote this, it occurred to me that another way to do this would be to change the router's IP address to 209.52.124.118 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.248, leave the GNATBox's EXT address alone but change the subnet mask to 255.255.255.248 and change the gateway IP to match the router. This would free up the upper subnet (209.52.124.118) to be used as the DMZ subnet, allowing you to avoid changing the VPN client's IP address.
