What is the difference between the VPN states? Basically, I am having a problem with a VPN connection to a Netscreen box. The VPN will be up for 35 minutes, then will go down for 9 minutes. When it is up, under Active VPNS I can see 2 mature entries...one for our connection to the Netscreen box and another connection for vice versa. When it does down, I notice that the 2 mature entries are now "dying" and there are 2 additional mature entries. After 9 minutes expires, the "dying" entries are removed and only the mature vpns are left and the connection goes back up. Any ideas on what's going on here?
