My log file is showing quite a few of the following entries:
3/22/2002 10:48 UDP FILTER: Possible spoof;return interface dc0 doesn't
match arrival interface:
warning UDP
[63.71.32.3:137]->[63.71.32.255:137] bcast dc3 I=50
dc0 => External
dc3 => PSN
Not sure what could be causing this.
3/22/2002 10:59 TCP FILTER: RAF(36) block warning TCP
[216.35.167.58:17047]->[63.71.36.1:53] dc0 I=0 f=0x12
The ip address of our external interface is 63.71.36.1
I understand why my gnatbox is blocking it. My question would be why would a
computer need port 53 TCP access when the Alias IP address of our external
dns is 63.71.26.3
I only allow TCP 53 traffic to our external DNS on the PSN from our ISP.
They host our secondary DNS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Randy Haley
