The objects that 3.0.1 gives you is VERY useful. I was running 2.1.0 but had difficulties elegantly killing some services that use port 80 -
Yahoo Pager servers that kick out to a JAVA/HTML-based browser I was able to level with EtherPeek (a great packet sniffer /protocal analysis tool) and found out that all Yahoo! Messenger sessions try to hit http.pager.yahoo.com which resolves to 4 ip address. After those addresses are hit, it dumps the client out to a random cs.yahoo.com IP. But, if you can kill the four initially, the rest doesn't matter. I created an object in GB that budled the four with port 80 and life seems good. Thanks Paul @ GTA for the help on the list! ------------------- jonathan mergy [EMAIL PROTECTED]
