But of course if your are using @Home your upload speeds are artificially
capped at 128k.  Supposedly this was done to punish the folks running web
sites, unfortunately it punishes all of us.

After much complaining to various levels of @Home management I have been
told there is nothing they can do.  I was told that coming down the road was
a new pricing structure where a user could purchase a faster upload speed.
My argument was you cut my service, why don't you cut my price?
