I've never heard of ishat, but here is an idea for those pesky port
80 things, (this requires version 3.x, well it makes life easier).
1. Find out the IP addresses of the chat server. Most of these
things use some kind of server to make the interconnections between
the clients. There may be more than one IP address.
2. Create an IP address Object. Call it "ishat". Add the IP
addresses to the object, (use range, host and masking options as
required).
3. Create an outbound filter that is a deny to ishat and you're done.
