I asked the same question about a month ago or so and have not had any reply except for one or two people who emailed me to ask what luck I had.
If your service providor is not changing the IP address on you then you can use that IP address as the external address in the tunnel and it will work. I have not had to change anything in 6 weeks and the lease time of my connection is set to about 6 hours. What I originally was asking the GNATBox guys was if there was some special value (like 0.0.0.0 or "EXTERNAL") one could enter in the field, this would tell gnatbox to just use whatever address was currently allocated for the external interface.
