Check your gnatbox log to deterimine if blocking is the issue. If
possible, plug a machine on a hub btwn the ISP and EXT interface. Then use
NSLOOKUP, etc. to attempt to get to your DNS server thru the gnat box.
Might be a tunnel/etc. issue in your config.
