Unfortunately the only way to utilize any Directplay/DirectX games (Ashertons Call is one of them) you must setup a tunnel and allow these ports in;
2300-2400 UDP 2300-2400 TCP 47624 TCP 47624 UDP 28800-28900 UDP I managed to get some DirectPlay/DirectX games to work with only 2300-2400 TCP&UDP open, but it depends on the game. Interestingly enough though I have several reports that Ashertons call works through a Linux NAT box with out any port forwarding, wonder why? Must not have any blocking turned on? This game is on the MSN Gaming Zone and uses quite a few TCP/UDP ports. There are several MS Technet articles about using MSN Gaming Zone/Asheron's Call via a firewall/proxy server (q240429, q238325, q236430 and q159031) but nothing I tried seemed to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks In Advance TG __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Talk to your friends online with Yahoo!
