That messages is from the GNAT Box Email proxy on our firewall. If you notice the error messages, it indicates that your IP address is in the MAPS Dial Up List (DUL). This is a list of IP addresses submitted by ISPs of dialup IP addresses which should not be sending email directly. The goal is to stop a SPAMer from using a dialup account to send their junk mail.
