Na'eem Jeenah,
I have set up a Dial PAD account in the past for a test with the GNAT
Box. And it does work through the GNAT Box firewall for out bound
connections. At this time we have not yet attempted any inbound
connections, using dial pad
Note: Dial Pad does not have very good sound quality, and I assume uses a
lot of bandwidth.
To get Dial PAD to work you need to create the following inbound tunnels
using version 3.0.1:
INBOUND TUNNELS
Index Protocol From IP Address Port To IP Address Port Options
----- -------- --------------- ----- --------------- -----
-----------
1 UDP 199.120.225.79 51200 10.10.1.64 51200 filter
2 UDP 199.120.225.79 51201 10.10.1.64 51201 filter
3 TCP 199.120.225.79 51210 10.10.1.64 51210 filter
If you do not wish to use the filter option, you can manually create a
filter to allow only Dial Pad servers to connect, and specify Dial Pad
servers IP numbers.

I did not find it necessary to create a trigger for Dial Pad on port 7175.
In addition, so far as we can tell only one protected user can use a given
IP address. To allow multiple users you would need to put an alias on the
GNAT Box for each additional user. Then Statically MAP each internal IP to
an external alias.
It has been little while but it did work.
