Napster can be set to use any port under the preference section.  But when 
I tried to establish a connection it was on 208.49.239.242 port 7777.  Its 
using TCP and UDP.  Set it up yourself, and watch where the connections are 
going...it might be tricky  to block it.

AOL Instant messenger is the same way.  Or you could do it the easy way, 
and find out who is using it (look at his IP) and go make him stop :-)
