When I registered mine, it was very easy and
painless. In fact it only took about 20 minutes. (It was about three
weeks ago) Also, when I had a question in regards to GBLight, I sent it in
to tech support, and was answered almost with in a couple of hours.
All I can say is they must be busy, be patient (I
know two weeks is being patient), there are a couple of Gnat employees that are
on this list, so hopefully they will see your comments and take of
you.

am trying to register my gnatbox lite version, without success. I
have
submitted the form from the web site twice, the first time more than a
week
ago. On Monday I emailed [EMAIL PROTECTED], but have not gotten a
reply to
that either. Is this normally a long process? I've noticed that
gta
occasionally sends me an IDENT (port 113) probe, which I'm blocking. Is
that
blocking the registration process? Any other
suggestions?
