Alex, Sorry missed that. Yes that is the line. This would indicate that you are running a version 3.0.x GB system, (a few years old, I'd update).
The other thing is that the SMTP protocol exchange requires a valid "RCPT TO" command but this has nothing to do with the RFC-822 email header "To:". The To: header should exist according to RFC-822 but this is all in the SMTP "DATA" command and is really irrelevant since the RCPT TO: is required to be valid.
