Well the situation with the 0.0.0.0 notation is that it matches all addresses. So this means you will not be able to access the web interface. The only solution is to take a look and find out what address has been assigned to your external NIC from you ppp dialup (this isn't assigned using DHCP by the way), then create a tunnel using that IP address.
