Hi Chris

Thanks for the answer. I am not familiar with H.323 at all. So it is a
protocol using the TCP/IP and UDP protocols, isn't it? Which explains
why some applications do and others don't work with gnatbox?

If I understand it right, then having set up an outbound filter for one
particular machine (mine) to allow access through all protocols to all
ports should work, shouldn't it?

Has anyone else tried the www.hottelephone.com free internet to phone
service with Gnatbox yet?

Thanks again for your help.

Greetings from Hamburg

 << Nachricht: ATT00015.eml (0 Byte) >> H.323 is a picky beast. I have
some products that work great through GB
Nat, and others that don't. Netmeeting will not do audio or video
communications, but the other features will work. I have successfully
used
Net2Phone from behing GB without issue. If it does not work for you,
then
the only alternative is to use real IP's behind your firewall and run IP

Passthrough.
