Someone else posted a similar problem but there have been no replies. I
have a serious problem with the remote office I just brought online last
week. The office is in a corporate suites type environment, so a network is
already in place. I was given a public IP address to use and have assigned
that to the external interface of the gnatbox. I am using private IP
Address space behind the firewall and a basic default set of rules. I have
VPN's setup to go to my other offices.

Every 20 minutes or so, the entry for the default gateway (their router) in
the ARP table expires and all connectivity ceases until the Gnatbox decides
to try to resolve it again. I have checked with the owners and found out
that its a Cisco 2621 router running IOS 12.0.3T but that is all the
information I have. GTA support was unable to help out a whole lot other
than to suggest it is likely a router issue, but without specific details I
don't have enough information to even pursue this with the people in charge
of the routers.

Does anyone have any information that could assist here? Should this entry
be expiring like this? I assume it should be refreshing long before it
expires.
