If you call GTA with the name of the company that the GNAT Box was formerly registered to, they may be able to get you the serial number and a runtime image. They may also give you a deal on an upgrade to the latest release, which has some nifty new features such as Address Objects, which make life for the GNAT Box administrator a LOT easier.
