I deferred installing the current release of the firmware for the GB-1000 we have for this reason.
What worries me now is that if there are any bad problems with the GnatBOX firmware then it's the case of; "Where are the intermediate hotfixes to sort problems out before the next major release." As to the trace route problem, I'm curious on how a fault could have slipped through in the first place. Anyway, coming back to the topic, I was informed that the release of 3.3 was to be sometime this month. Hopefully with thoroughly tested firmware.
