i can confirm this problem. i can't confirm it's new to 3.2.1 since i never use tracert, having a linux workstation, not win32, so i never tried tracert from behind my gb-flash before. i wonder if it's some kind of rate limiting of inbound icmp or some such? linux traceroute works fine, for what that's worth...
