Take a look at "Logging" tab under "Filters" "Preferences".
I would recommend selecting only the "Rejected" box to minimize
the number of logs generated.
Another thing you can do to reduce logging is to go to the
"Remote Logging" section of "Services". Selecting a priority
of "None" will disable logging of the associated function.

Is there any way to stop the excessive logging when users surf the web? I
have turned off logging on all outbound filters and I am still getting this
kind of logging.
