I have some small experience with Compatible and Gnatbox here at work.  Our parent company uses Compatible and we have the clients here behind Gnatbox...  It works fine, HOWEVER, you must USE NAT Mode...  Which makes sense since Gnatbox is doing NAT.  In the client this is as easy as checking off NAT proxy in the configuration.  I do know the server has to be configured to allow this, but since I do not have a Compatible server, I can not tell you how to configure it on that side.

Subject: Gnatbox Lite and Cisco Compatible Systems VPN.

Hi,

My workplace recently implemented a VPN system based on Compatible Systems VPN (bought by Cisco) as a replacement of PPTP.  I am running gnatbox lite on a home network.  I have tried configuring the Compatible Systems VPN client to connect to work but am unable to get it to work.  Does anyone know if Gnatbox is somehow incompatible with this VPN solution?  I would like my PC to be the end client in the VPN.  The Gnatbox firewall just has to be able to support the pass through of VPN data.

Thanks,
Al
