I was recently informed by GTA's tech support that I could enable both the Traditional Proxy and the CyberNOT so that users that are blocked from the CyberNOT sites would get a message saying the site was blocked instead of the 404 not found error they receive now.
Has anyone tried this? I turned it on briefly this morning and set a few PCs to point at my GnatBox as the Proxy, but they couldn't go anywhere outside my net let alone any blocked sites. I didn't add any Content blocking filters other than my CyberNOT ones so that is probably what I did wrong on that front. But, before I run around changing the proxy settings on 400 boxes I just wanted to see if anyone out there has had experience with this type of setup and if the message is worth the effort.
