I know that GTA has at least a few VARs that operate the same way that Lynk does -- that is to say that the VAR performs all of the maintenance, updates, and support on the firewalls installed at the clients' offices.
For those of us that operate this way, the "View Registered Products" page is a hassle to use because it does not show which Customer each unit belongs to. If I'm looking for a specific Customer, or want to see which Customers are using a given GNAT Box product, I have to click on each serial number individually and make a list.
