1. I have configured a GBL3.2.1 with PPP dial on demand 56k modem and it is working
like a dream.

2. I added an ISDN TA and I can't get a login. (The same isdn ta works if I connect it
straight to a Win98 Workstation.)

3.I have turned on debugging and the problem seems to be the chat script is not
recognizing the ogin or assword in the authentication process.

4. A search of the web has not yielded much info other than:

Login process may be 7 bit switching to 8 bit after login for ppp
(Would this account for the garble just after the initial AT string ..... but the TA
hasnt
dialed at this point?)

5. I am assuming that the prompts for the ISDN connect from my ISP contain ogin and
assword.

Finding someone at the ISP that understands anything other than Windows
configuration is nigh on impossible but I will continue to persue this.

6. In the log I dont see any LCP requests.

7 I attempted to turn on the LCP from a GBadmin seesion and saved the section ... after
halting the GB an rereading the config it doesnt seem to have saved the LCP settings I
set ( I also dropped the connectuion preferences speed from 115200 to 57600 and it
didnt save this setting either.

8. Has anyone been successful in connectinng an ISDN TA to a GBlight, has any one
had similar experiences (an hopefully resolved them).
