If you use GBAdmin to administer your GNAT Box, then just click File -> Save Copy As to save a copy of your configuration.
If you're using the web interface, then click Administration -> Download Configuration. I seem to recall that the two are not compatible. (i.e., you can't use a configuration that you saved with the Web interface with GBAdmin and vice/versa).
