I don't think that this is something you're likely to get a response to on the GB-Users list -- the users wouldn't have access to the API, and GTA doesn't monitor the list continuously.
Obviously it *CAN* be updated by a program (since GBAdmin updates it), but the issue is whether you can get enough information about the API and about the encryption method that RMC uses. It might be easier to write programs that will interface with the Web interface by parsing the pages displayed by the GNAT Box and returning the correct responses. This would still be pretty tricky when it came to editing a list of filters or address objects. The third option might be to study the format of the configuration file that can be downloaded from the Web interface. If you can figure out a way to deal with that format, hten you could download the config file, modify it, and upload it back to the GNAT Box.
