I've been told that in the future you will be able to set
the time zone using GBAdmin, but that it wasn't as simple
to add this to GBAdmin as it sounds.

As far as logging goes, my GB-1000 is logging in local
time (although it doesn't indicate the timezone in the
log entries).  I'm sure of this because my UNIX system
tells me that my filter log was last modified at 7:46am
today, which exactly matches the time and date of the
last entry.  I'm not sure if you need to restart the
GNAT Box after changing the time zone.  You may want to
try that and then go back into the web interface and
make sure that the time zone is still correct.
