I have some clients who cannot seem to email us and the reason I am told is
that their
network utilises a bit in the IP header called "Explicit Congestion
Notification" (ECN)
unfortunately this bit is rejected by some firewalls including our own
GB1000 (3.2) or so i'm told
Has anyone else had this issue, surely the use of ECN can't be widespread
or we would have
this issue from many people trying to talk to us. Any ideas ???

Thanks in advance for your help.

Frank
