There was a discussion on this list awhile ago about this. I was going to 
suggest searching the archive, but I cant seem to find where to do that 
:-)


I use relays.ordb.org, bl.spamcop.net, sbl.spamhaus.org, and
proxies.relays.monkeys.com (in that order).  Orbz does not exist any more,
and the MAPS lists (*.mail-abuse.org) are now subscription only, and dont
seem all that interested in processing subscriptions.

I find that lots of spam comes through open relays, and ORDB seems to be 
about the best at that. The SpamCop list seems to do a pretty good job of 
blocking the hardcore spamming scum. 

All in all, the lists work pretty well. I wouldnt dream of running a mail 
server without them.
