There was a discussion on this list awhile ago about this. I was going to suggest searching the archive, but I cant seem to find where to do that :-) I use relays.ordb.org, bl.spamcop.net, sbl.spamhaus.org, and proxies.relays.monkeys.com (in that order). Orbz does not exist any more, and the MAPS lists (*.mail-abuse.org) are now subscription only, and dont seem all that interested in processing subscriptions. I find that lots of spam comes through open relays, and ORDB seems to be about the best at that. The SpamCop list seems to do a pretty good job of blocking the hardcore spamming scum. All in all, the lists work pretty well. I wouldnt dream of running a mail server without them.
