Yeah, that should be pretty good at blocking the garbage.  

FWIW, In another mailing list I follow someone posted the percentages of
inbound email they were rejecting. That got me curious, so I checked my
logs from yesterday. On my main MX we rejected 37% of the inbound
messages.  On the secondary MX we rejected 96%. Its pretty consistent that
most of the traffic to the secondary MX is junk (at least when the primary
is up).  The percentages that the original poster listed were in the same 
ballpark.
