We're starting to talk semi-seriously about installing 802.11b wireless in our shop and warehouse for inventory/data collection applications. Well needless to say, I'm paranoid about the (in)security of the wireless lan world. Rather than trusting WEP, id like to step up to something more serious, like a real VPN. The devices we would be looking at would be either Win CE or Palm OS based. Certicom looks to have an IPsec VPN client that runs on these platforms called movianVPN. On one of their pages (http://www.certicom.com/products/movian/movianvpn_support.html) they mention a number of firewalls that their client works with: Cisco, Checkpoint, Netscreen among them. Has anyone tried movianVPN with the Gnatbox?
Does anyone have any other suggestions for either WinCE/Palm VPN clients? Anyone have any good suggestions about doing secure 802.11b?
