I've seen the same thing. I think it has to do with the fact that all the
traffic from the protected net to PSN is dynamically NATted with the IP
address of the GnatBox's PSN interface. The machine on the PSN sees NetBIOS
traffic from 2+ different machines coming from the same IP and drops one or
all of them. We were able to get around this by statically mapping the
protected net machines (each with a different IP) that need to connect to
the machines on the PSN. This way the machine on the PSN sees a different IP
address for each machine that is connects to it.

You can find this under   NAT | Static Address Mappings   in the config
utility.

Not sure if there is a better way but it worked for us.
use passthrough.
