Looks like it's time to bring this subject up again.

Please don't call me directly with GNAT Box questions
unless you are willing to purchase a support contract.

If you post a question here then:
1.  I can answer when I have time
2.  Other people can answer
3.  Other people can learn from the answers

If you call me directly and are not willing to purchase
a support contract, then I'm not going to be happy that
you are taking up time that I could be using to do work
for Customers that actually pay for it.

I don't pretend to speak for everyone that contributes
to this group, but I'll bet that those who are doing
this for a living probably agree.
