Hi,

I had the same problem about a year ago - I'd actually time out on occasion
trying to get to the GTA home page (on a full T-1 at work). After checking
my internal network (T-1 router, Squid cache, virus scanner, etc.), I
assumed there was some weird thing happening with my ISP. GTA's home page
came up normally from my home DSL connection so I just figured there was
some routing/DNS/who-the-heck-knows oddity going on. (Every once in a while
someone upstream from my ISP would reconfigure their routing tables and/or
update software causing temporary disruptions for us.) Several weeks later,
I started to get normal access to the GTA home page. As far as I can tell, I
did nothing on my end of the connection but now I can access GTA as quickly
as any other site.
