I'm having a problem with VPN traffic disappearing. I'm using a RoBox 10
with the VPN license, as well as two mobile VPN licenses. The RoBox 10
has three IPSec VPNs connected to it via SnapGear Lites at three remote
offices, as well as one mobile VPN connected to it. The RoBox 10 is
running firmware version 3.3.3s. What happens is sometimes the VPNs will
be working fine, and other times one of them, sometimes all of them,
will just drop. Usually they're still listed as connected under System
Activity - Active VPNs, but no traffic is being routed across them. The
SnapGears' and mobile VPN client's logs all say that they're connect
fine, with no other error messages. I'm wondering if a VPN connection
uses one of the RoBox 10 'licenses' and the traffic is being dropped as
a result of more than 10 outbound connections being used. They do have
drives mapped via netbios across the VPN, so I'm wondering if that
counts towards the RoBox 10 outbound licenses. The RoBox 10 site has a
total of six workstations and one server. Any help or thoughts would be
appreciated.
