Why not simply dump the ARP tables.  That seems to do it for me every
time.

This has been an ongoing problem for the almost 5 years now of using and
selling GnatBox...  We could really use a connection reset capability
within
the UI.  When a rule is created because you see activity that you don't
want, the only way to disrupt the existing connection is to reboot the
firewall.  This is not ideal.  I can't even count the number of times a
client has asked me to block something and I've had to reset the
firewall to
enforce the block.
