I have a GB-500 that I am about to send in for repair.
The issue is that even the restore OS feature is totally trashed (cannot fully boot to a console screen and hangs as soon as any option is selected) and I fear it may have been compromised. Anyone seen a similar problem? Could this be nothing more than a hardware failure???
