http://www.fatpipeinc.com/ may be of interest to you. Their product sits
in front of your firewall, aggregates your connections and does policy
routing. Not cheap though!

The feature Chris has described is something GTA is currently
developing.  Any comments/input on this feature are welcomed, (we don't
want to leave something out).

I can't give you a specific date for this feature's release at this
time, but it is in the development cycle.
