well that is my window to the system.. it may have been functionally changed
with the upgrades. I note that the entire syntax for filters, alarms, etc
has changed also.

Correct.. No machine can get to the internet. And yes I can get to the ISP
as I mentioned it sets the connect info for the  ISP .. ie ip #, DNS server,
routing info etc

Well this is new info.. so the video screen is a subset of the "report" or
"logging" rules now?..

The issue is that no machine "sees" the internet.. the gateway is properly
set as is the DNS server pointer.

The "protected" gateway address is the GNAT "protected" card, while the DNS
is external and on the ISP. The cable modem and the External card are both
assigned #'s by the ISP.
