Hi All, Has anyone had any success configuring a static VPN between a GB Flash 3.4 - > Cisco 515e running 7.0(1)

It seems to be having problems with phase II negotiation also one noticeable error is " All IPSec SA proposals found unacceptable! " I have full debug logs from the Cisco if anyone can interpret.
