If GTA product cannot do RDNS, you can ask your ISP to provide the RDNS
services for you.  If you have not requested ownership of your RDNS from
your ISP, then you may need to do this if you manage your own DNS and
RDNS.

I am attempted to configure our gnatbox so that when a user at our
domain sends an email, email servers that require a PTR on the mail
server will accept the mail.



The headers look like this: Received: from mail.ourbizzness.biz (unknown
[X.X.46.50])



I erased the first part of the ip address. X.X.46.50 is the ip address
of the external network. How do I get the unknown out of the header?
